About Joy Rains
Joy Rains is a mindfulness teacher, author and speaker. She is the author of Meditation Illuminated: Simple Ways to Manage Your Busy Mind, host of the Mindful 180 podcast and founder of Whole Earth Press. Joy is a member of the National Speakers Association, a graduate of Shalem Institute's Contemplative Leadership program and a certified life coach. Joy has presented for Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, Marriott International, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and INBOUND 19 Conference. She speaks virtually and in-person on mindfulness, meditation, stress management and more.
