John Paczkowski

John is a Senior Managing Director for Witt O'Brien's leading key strategic initiatives for our public sector practice areas. John has served as a public-sector executive, consulting professional, and former Marine Corps officer. His experience directing crisis management, preparedness, disaster recovery and risk management consulting services for local, state and federal agencies instills confidence in our clients.

When John served as Assistant Director of Operations at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, he was responsible for physical security, infrastructure protection, and emergency management. He led the agency’s emergency operations center after 9/11 and later became Director of Emergency Management and Security. 

He is an expert adviser in emergency management, homeland security, infrastructure protection, public safety and civil authorities’ defense support. ï»¿
