Jennifer Nelligan

Jen is the Chief Program Officer at the National Association of Conservation Districts. In this role, she oversees their conservation programs and grants, partnerships, government affairs, and communications. 

She is an experienced consultant and founded Alithea Advisors prior to joining NACD. Throughout her consulting career, Jen worked with Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies and leaders to facilitate strategic visioning sessions, orchestrate organizational transformations, and lead the change management process. Jen also served as a contracting officer with the U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command, managing a $1.2 billion portfolio of contracts.
