Jennifer Hickey

Jennifer Hickey is a Director in Guidehouse’s State and Local Government Southwest market. She focuses on helping clients, particularly in Texas, solve their most complex challenges. This has included providing monitoring and compliance (especially as it pertains to federal grants), project management services (particularly with Coronavirus Relief Funds in Harris County), technology modernization preparation and implementation, and strategy development.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the Business Honors Program and a Master’s in Professional Accounting degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She is a Project Management Professional with PMI and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas. Jennifer is originally from Austin, Texas and is happy for NACo to be holding their annual conference here this summer.
