The Hon. Richard Crouch

A lifelong Mills County resident, Richard Crouch was first elected to the Mills County Board of Supervisor in 2002. He is now in his sixth term as Supervisor. Since 2019, Supervisor Crouch has served as the NACo Board Representative for Iowa State Association of Counties. Supervisor Crouch expresses a strong appreciation and love for his home area, and he has supported housing, broadband and economic development projects within his county. When he is not carrying out his role as county supervisor, Richard Crouch can be found farming approximately 1,400 acres of corn and soybeans on rotation.
