Hon. Kevin L. Boyce is a Franklin County, Ohio Commissioner. Commissioner Boyce served on the Columbus City Council, led a non-profit organizaton dedicated to improving public schools and was appointed the State Treasurer of Ohio and served in the Ohio House of Representatives, all by age 40.
