Hon. Kelly J. McKibben, JD

Judge McKibben serves as a circuit judge in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. She was appointed to this role by Governor Rick Scott in September 2013. She has served in the Family Division, Dependency Division and Criminal Division. In December 2021, she was assigned to the Early Childhood Court. She is the recipient of the 2022 Distinguished Judicial Service Award from Brevard County Legal Aid, Inc. Judge McKibben received her JD from Samford University and has been a resident of Brevard County, Fla. since 1994.
