Hon. Holly Davis

Holly Davis serves as Vice Chair of the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners, first taking office in November 2020. For the last two years, she has been an active member of NACo’s Community and Economic Workforce Development committee, the Florida Association of Counties’ Community & Urban Affairs committee, and on several other county and regional boards.

Early in her run for office, she became passionate about the subject of today’s discussion, helping it grow through the Citrus County Chamber, teaming up with numerous nonprofits. Holly’s belief is that this may be one of the most difficult yet critical efforts to get right for a prosperous future in your own county, and for the U.S. at large.

Holly graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is a creative director in strategic marketing communications. She is a commercially rated pilot, rescue diver, and a former competitive equestrian.
