Glen Sayes

Glen Sayes is the director of Substance Abuse Solutions (SAS) at the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA). (SAS) works with individuals from entry into the program to stability in life. A life-long entrepreneur, Mr. Sayes spent 21 years in the technology and computer industry and came out of retirement to contribute his expertise to the fight against opioid addiction. Before becoming SAS director, Mr. Sayes was UCHRA's regional opioid coordinator and is the founder of Restoration One, an organization that provides connections, technology, management and coordination between on-the-ground outreach organizations to the homeless and addicted community.
