Faisal Amin

Faisal Amin is a leader in Berkeley Research Group’s Higher Education and Public Sector Strategy practice. Working nationally and internationally, he is a trusted advisor to organizational leaders and a leading voice with regard to planning, benchmarking, research, innovation and transformation matters.
Faisal supports and advises public sector organizations and academic institutions on mitigating some of their toughest challenges. With more than 25 years of experience, he has served a range of clients in the Higher Education, Energy, Finance, Health Care, Manufacturing, Technology and Public and Government sectors.
As a practice leader, he leads large multi-functional transformational projects and research studies that encompass a wide-range of services. His most recent studies have focused on various aspects of public sector and academia including strategy, innovation, education, workforce development, organizational culture & design, change management, stakeholder engagement, and information sharing.
As a thought leader, Faisal participates in a wide variety of speaking engagements around the world and has been interviewed and quoted in a number of international business and trade publications. He has also been recognized by the US House of Representatives for his “Dedicated Public Service and efforts to Promote International Trade Policy and Business Advocacy.”
