About Eugene Kipniss
Eugene Kipniss is the Director of Partnerships and Stakeholder Maturity for the Multi-State Information Sharing and Analysis Center (MS-ISAC). Aside from managing strategic partnerships, he manages the Nationwide Cybersecurity Review (NCSR), a self-assessment for our nation’s State, Local, Territorial, and Tribal (SLTT) governments that allows them to measure their cybersecurity maturity. He focuses on informing MS-ISAC members on how they can use either their assessment results or start with basic priorities to build a cybersecurity roadmap leading to a stronger posture.
