Debra Roach, Ph.D.

Dr. Debra Roach recently joined the Community College of Allegheny County as Vice President for Workforce Development. She previously served as director for Workforce Development and Continuing Education at The Pennsylvania State University. At CCAC, Dr. Roach focuses on positioning the institution at the intermediary between students and business and community partners. Beyond CCAC, Dr. Roach serves in many community and workforce organizations, including the Pittsburgh Airport Chamber of Commerce, the Tristate Energy and Advanced Manufacturing Consortium, and the Pennsylvania Association for Adult Continuing Education. Dr. Roach holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Management and Leadership from Robert Morris University and began her studies at CCAC.
