David Taylor, Division Director, Intensive Probation & Fugitive Apprehension Unit, Maricopa County Adult Probation, Maricopa County, Arizona
David has over 20 years of experience in adult and juvenile probation in Arizona and California. He is currently the Division Director for Intensive Probation Supervision and the Fugitive Apprehension Units with Maricopa County Adult Probation. David leads eleven units within his division. Seven of those units actively supervise over 800 individuals sentenced to Intensive Probation Supervision, while the other four units make up the Fugitive Apprehension Units, who are actively pursuing over 8,000 active probation and pretrial warrants. David also oversees the departments Core Correctional Practices to ensure the department is keeping up with the best resources possible for its staff and population they serve. David is a member of the American Probation and Parole Association and is currently attending their Leadership Institute. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Sacramento State University, California.
