About Christina Johnson
Christina Q. Johnson (née Phan) is a Director in Gartner’s Public Safety & Justice practice. Ms. Johnson leads development of strategies that help organizations achieve outcomes, with a focus on integrated justice technology transformation, project management, quality assurance, and leadership development. She has collaborated with state and county justice jurisdictions across the United States to create innovative strategies for modernizing legacy integrated justice systems as informed by her comprehensive understanding of the current vendor marketplace and technical alternatives. Ms. Johnson received her Law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law and was sworn in as an attorney in 2012. Ms. Johnson received her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of La Verne and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations and Business from Texas Tech University. Ms. Johnson is Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certified and a Certified Mediator
