Chelsea McGill is the co-founder and program director of Next Step Recovery Housing, a nonprofit that provides recovery support services to those seeking to build recovery capital based in Pulaski County, Arkansas. She oversees multiple recovery residences that houses men and women in recovery from substance use disorder. Next Step is considered a holistic approach to transitional living offering case management, peer support, employment assistance, structured accountability and consistency. A woman in long-term recovery, Ms. McGill holds a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Arkansas and extensive experience working with treatment centers and mental health providers.
