Charles Mathias

Charles Mathias is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation health policy fellow for U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy M.D. (R-LA).  Prior, he administered an alcohol treatment program for impaired drivers under pretrial supervision in Texas.  He has a PhD in Psychology from the University of New Orleans.
