Brian Kelsey

Brian is a manager in EY's Economic Development Advisory Services practice. He started his career in economic development working in county government in Sonoma County, California, and has since served in executive-level positions at the local, regional, and federal levels. Prior to joining EY in 2022, Brian was assistant city manager in Edinburg, Texas, where he also led the Edinburg Economic Development Corporation. Brian has also served as chief strategy officer for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and senior advisor at the U.S. Economic Development Administration in Washington, DC.
