Brian Estabrook

Brian Estabrook works for Franklin County Economic Development & Planning as a Food Systems Planner. In this role, Brian supports healthy people, communities, ecologies, and economies by co-creating a sustainable, equitable, and resilient local food system. As Food Systems Planner for Franklin County, Brian leads the County’s day to day efforts to implement the Columbus & Franklin County Local Food Action Plan, which was adopted in 2016 by both City and County. Brian represents Franklin County on the Joint City-County Local Food Team. His roles include coordination and collaboration with public, private, and nonprofit partners across the spectrum of the social determinants of health; catalyzing existing infrastructure and expertise; and liaising with the Columbus & Franklin County Local Food Board.
