Brad Gair

Brad Gair, Principal, Witt O'Brien's, served as Federal Recovery Officer in New York following 9/11 and as Deputy Commissioner of New York City’s Office of Emergency Management. In 25 years of U.S. and international emergency management and homeland security leadership, Mr. Gair's credentials span both the public and private sectors, including leading the resilience program at NYU Langone and establishing a new national emergency management agency for the United Arab Emirates.
