Alex DeRosa

Alex first joined three+one as an analyst intern in 2015 and has since grown into a leadership role on our Relationship Team, He now serves as a subject matter expert on our cashVest analysis. His work at three+one allows him to dig into the analytics of public finance and banking while working closely with CFOs, Controllers, elected Treasurers, and more.

Alex regularly collaborates with banking and investment partners on behalf of the entities he serves in order to confirm that these entities are utilizing their liquidity and treasury services to the fullest potential. He has worked directly with municipal boards and councils to aid in the implementation of new investment and collateral policies. His passion of increasing transparency in the public finance space fits perfectly with three+one’s mission of sharing actionable data and certifying that public entities are doing everything they can to maximize the value of their taxpayer dollars.

Alex has worked with various entities with multi-billion dollar budgets across the country to streamline and enhance liquidity-management processes, returning millions of dollars to taxpayers and stakeholders. He has worked in conjunction with one of the largest counties in the nation to develop and administer an RFP for Banking Services, Merchant Services, and ePayable Products. Alex is also a regular presenter for the National Association of Counties and various state associations across the U.S. Among others, he serves Harris County, TX; Suffolk County, NY; and the City of Syracuse, NY.
