Katy Hibben

As a graphic designer, Katy designs and implements graphic design solutions for printing and publication as well as lending support to the digital team for various graphics needs. She is returning to NACo after previously working at the association.

Prior to working at NACo, she worked as a freelance graphic designer with commercial and non-profit clients, such as the Bill Belichick Foundation and the Matt Light Foundation. Katy graduated with a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Towson University.
