Annie Qing

Annie is NACo's senior program manager for substance use disorder. She is responsible for managing projects to convene and catalyze county leaders as they leverage multiple funding streams to address substance use disorders in their communities. Before joining NACo, Annie worked in harm reduction with the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing. Annie holds a master’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and has extensive experience at both the policy and service level of substance use treatment.
