Tim Rahschulte, PhD

Tim Rahschulte, Ph.D., is the CEO at The Professional Development Academy and a faculty member at George Fox University’s College of Business, where he teaches in the Doctor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration programs. Dr. Rahschulte has over twenty years of professional management experience and started his career in corporate finance for a multi-billion-dollar company where he successfully managed dozens of bond indentures and average daily investments of $200 million. A former chief learning officer in Oregon’s state government, he has lectured internationally, and his most recent book is My Best Advice: Proven Rules for Effective Leadership.
