About Patrick
Patrick is a program manager for resilient economies and communities. He is responsible for a variety of professional assignments aimed at informing, educating and assisting county officials across the country in their efforts to improve local housing affordability, promote upward economic mobility and fight poverty. Patrick previously served as a project manager for NACo's economic mobility work and as a NACo intern. Before joining NACo, he has interned in state government, on political campaigns and in the U.S. Senate. Patrick holds a bachelor's degree in economic and political science from George Washington University.
