Family Success/Child Development

NACo can help counties help children and families succeed.  Supported by The Annie E. Casey Foundation (www.aecf.org), NACo provides technical assistance to counties in early childhood development and family strengthening.  NACo highlights model programs, publishes an electronic newsletter, sponsors the Counties Care for Kids awards each year, promotes work and the Earned Income Tax Credit, as well as other activities designed to assist counties to provide high quality services to children and families.

For more information on NACo's children and family services, please contact Gary Gortenburg: (202) 942-4287, ggortenburg@naco.org.
